"The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here." -- Abraham Lincoln

Happy Veterans Day to all those that served!  We are grateful beneficiaries of the freedoms we enjoy and you protected.

Risk on or risk off?  That is the question investors must be asking themselves right now.  The stock market continues to set new records in both all-time highs and bull market duration. Those investors who have maintained a higher risk have been handsomely rewarded this year.  How much risk to take is the central discussion in almost every client conversation recently.  We believe it is prudent to re-evaluate your over-all risk if nearing retirement, or some life-event that might dictate the sale of stocks.  We also believe it is wise to have some money that is beyond the risk of stocks.  This money could be considered to invest into well-run companies when a market correction occurs.

As always, we hope you find the Weekly Market Review both informative and interesting.

Have a great week!
